Powder Coating
Powder coating is a durable coating that is applied as a powder and then cured in an oven. The final product, when applied properly, can be up to ten times more durable than traditional liquid paints.

All parts should come dissassembled and degreased otherwise extra charges will incur. Custom Touch Coatings is not responsible for any broken or damaged parts, hardware, bushings etc.
Sandblasting
Sandblasting is an essential step in preparing parts to be powder coated. All sandblasting is done onsite in our blasting building or the SkatBlast cabinet.

CNC Plasma Cutting
Our Hyptherm plasma cutter can cut anything from 18 gauge sheet metal up to 5/8" steel plate. Aluminum or stainless steel can also be cut on our table.
